摘要(Abstract)：

人力资本存在显著的空间集聚和空间相关性。本文在运用空间过滤模型消除人力资本空间相关性的基础上,实证分析了我国省域人力资本集聚效应和溢出效应对经济的影响。结果表明,东部地区人力资本集聚效应最明显,中部地区次之,西部地区最弱;东部、中部和西部地区的人力资本空间溢出效应均比较明显。通过比较发现,运用空间过滤模型消除空间相关性可以较好的识别人力资本集聚效应和空间溢出效应,避免模型设定中的多重共线性。
