摘要(Abstract)：

构建区域贸易协定总深度、核心深度、边界深度、边界后深度指标，以2005—2020年中国大型企业作为研究对象，从对外直接投资(OFDI)成效视角研究区域贸易协定条款深度指标的投资效应，探究新一代投资贸易规则对中国企业OFDI成效的影响。实证结果表明：区域贸易协定总深度条款、核心深度条款、边界深度条款、边界后深度条款指标均显著提升企业OFDI成效。同时，区域贸易协定条款内容深度越深，对企业OFDI成效影响越显著，且经过一系列稳健性检验与内生性问题处理后这些结论依然成立。此外，进一步研究发现，区域贸易协定条款深度指标对产权性质为非国有的企业、东道国制度质量高的企业、投资区域为“一带一路”沿线国家的企业OFDI成效影响更为显著。研究结论为中国参与国际经贸规则谈判和制定提供了政策参考，也为提升中国企业OFDI成效提供了实证依据。
