摘要(Abstract)：

在技术市场竞争日益激烈的情况下,技术联盟已成为经济组织首选的合作方式。本文运用172个技术联盟样本数据,考虑联盟内部的技术差异和外部的政策支持两个因素,运用实证方法研究了技术联盟中的治理结构选择和技术合作效应问题。根据本文研究结论,我国企业组建战略联盟若要获得较好的技术合作效应,首先要考虑伙伴企业与自身的技术差异,其次要根据目标选择合适的联盟结构。同时,政府也要对联盟期间的技术合作给予适当的政策支持。
