摘要(Abstract)：

本文从公共政策的视角,以1994～2008年中国大陆23个省份跨地区数据为基础,分析中国协商式民主以党派、界别促使公共政策影响经济增长路径、机理和绩效,研究发现中国协商式民主在短期可以通过公共政策明显正向影响中国的经济增长,而随着民主进程的深化可能影响经济增长的速度,呈现"U"状况,但是从最终可以实现我们希望的两者并驾齐驱的结果,并给出了三点政策启示。
