基于投入产出分析法的我国各产业部门碳减排责任研究Carbon Reduction Responsibility of China's Industries Based on the Input-Output Analysis

摘要(Abstract)：
随着"低碳经济"概念的提出,碳减排责任的界定已逐渐成为各个国家、地区或产业部门关注的焦点问题之一。本文试图从投入产出的视角出发,通过构建投入产出模型从产业层面分析我国27个产业部门在其生产与消费活动过程中产生的内涵碳排放的间接效应及其部分转移机制,并在此基础上对各产业部门的碳减排责任从生产者和消费者两个角度进行实证分析。研究结果表明,各产业部门的碳减排责任呈现不同的特点。本文据此提出了相应的节能减排的政策建议。
