摘要(Abstract)：

本文引入集群效应建立企业研发模型,分析了有集群效应与无集群效应条件下的研发可行性区域的差异。模型分析了集群效应对企业研发可行性区域的影响并剖析影响区域创新能力提升的诸多因素,并从区域研发能力的角度来探讨当前广东面临的产业升级和自主创新能力提高的政策含义。
