摘要(Abstract)：

金融危机后随着新技术经济范式的兴起,区域创新更多呈现出网络化的特征。区域创新网络的运行绩效直接影响着区域创新资源能否有效整合并对产业发展形成支撑。本文从子体系、区域创新行为主体以及区域网络的创新能力三个层次入手,通过建立不同层面的创新能力绩效评估指标体系,来深入剖析区域创新网络的绩效,并对环渤海与长三角区域技术创新网络进行对比,由此揭示我国区域创新网络建设中存在的一些问题。
