全球价值链下地方产业集群——以浙江平湖光机电产业为例The Theory of Global Value Chains and Industry Development in China

摘要(Abstract)：
全球价值链理论是在最近几十年世界价值创造体系在全球出现了前所未有的垂直分离和再构的基础上由宏观到微观多层次多角度系统认识产业发展的新兴理论。本文通过将平湖光机电产业这个萌芽状的外生性地方产业集群纳入全球价值链理论的基本分析构架,在理论和实践互动的分析过程中,一方面明晰了全球价值链的理论构架和其实际应用价值;另一方面也通过理论和案例分析,间接地揭示我国产业的国际竞争能力以及能否成为全球制造业中心和如何成为全球制造业中心等问题。
