为循环经济定位Positioning the Circular Economy in China

摘要(Abstract)：
本文对现在流行于中国环境界的关于循环经济概念的若干认识,提出不同看法。为了使这一概念能对解决中国资源环境问题做出所期望的贡献,本文辨析了以下三个问题:为"循环"在解决资源环境问题时的技术意义定位;为"循环经济"在我国经济-环境战略中的地位定位;为我国实施循环经济的优先性问题定位。
