摘要(Abstract)：

我国加工贸易面临转型升级的巨大压力。加工贸易在我国发展具有必然性和特殊性,其特殊性增大了转型升级的难度。本文从产品、产业和区域三个层面分析了我国加工贸易转型升级的路径。
