摘要(Abstract)：

本文利用2005～2007年中国制造业企业平衡面板数据集,研究了集聚经济对企业创新绩效的影响。我们用空间动态外部性描述集聚经济,并分别采用Probit和Tobit模型对企业创新成功率与劳动创新产出率进行估计。经验研究发现专业化水平与企业创新成功率及劳动创新产出率之间均存在倒U形关系;而多样化水平对企业创新绩效有最突出的正向作用,即多样化最有利于企业创新。与其它类型规模企业相比,多样化水平对占企业大多数的小规模企业的影响是最为显著的。
