摘要(Abstract)：

本文运用1998年到2007年中西部地区20个省(市)食品制造业的微观数据,建立面板数据模型,对区际产业转移中企业的区位决策进行了实证分析。研究发现,劳动力成本和原材料丰裕度是区际产业转移中企业区位决策的主要影响因素;市场规模总体来说无显著影响;集聚的溢出效应在2002年之前小于竞争效应,之后趋于增强并超过竞争效应;劳动力素质的影响仅在长期显著;政策因素仅对向中部地区迁移的企业有显著影响。据此,本文提出了各级、各地区政府更好推进产业转移的政策建议。
